*Tips To Stay Fit & Strong*

Not to take :
Tea, coffee, chocolates, toffee, cold drinks, cheese, paneer, milk, curd, lussi, all milk and dairy products, onion in salad, processed food & juices.

To take :
Fresh fruits, juices, green vegetables, pulses, rice, salads

Morning :
Fresh water with or without lemon juice

Then after minimum 10 minutes :
Fresh fruit. Banana to be taken at the end. All fresh fruits take around 20 minutes to digest. Banana takes 45 minutes.

Fruit can be taken as many times as one wants. Only thing is it should be taken empty stomach. After 3 hours of solid food like lunch and dinner stomach is empty. Fruit should never be combined with anything else like lunch/dinner/milk/curd etc.

Up to noon before lunch, try to be on fresh fruit or juice.

Lunch/dinner :
Water to be taken 5-10 minutes before and minimum 2 hours after lunch/dinner. Nothing to be eaten after lunch/dinner for at least 3 hours. Dinner should be taken early in the evening. Best is up to 8.30 p.m. we should get 2-3 hours before going to bed. Green salad should be taken with lunch/dinner. It would take care of water needs.

Do not combine curd, paneer, lassi, milk (milk & dairy products) with breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Evening :
After 3 hours of Lunch you can have fruit again as in the morning as the stomach is again empty.

Chart :
(Do not over eat at any time)
6.30 to 7.30 am :Fresh water with or without lemon juice.

8 am :Fruit mix

9 to 10 am :Breakfast.

2 to 3 pm :Lunch, Salad must.

6 to 7 pm :Fruit mix.

8 to 9 pm :Dinner (eat light) Add Salad.

40 minute walk/exercise is required in early morning or evening on a regular basis. It should lead to sweating. Fresh air and sun light are also necessary for good health.
